GP Federations

We will work with practice groups to explore options and opportunities to work together informally or formally.  We offer support with development of structures, board development, organisational development, service and business development.  We also offer support with pathway design, writing business cases and implementation of service changes.

 

For already established federations, we also offer administrative business support, this includes managing meetings, taking notes, organising events and conferences and day to day business administration.
